Changes- New Vehicle: Spectre

- Alt fire: Nitro - Super Jump. Launches the vehicle upwards
- Alt fire: Rocket - Homing Rocket. Locks onto aiming reticle as long as it is within a 60 degree angle from it's pointed direction. Range is about 50% longer than spider mine detection and will detonate in 4 seconds
- Alt fire: Mine - Sticky mine. A mine that will stick to the ball or other vehicles. If the player does not trigger the mine, it will explode in one minute, or if the player is killed
- Alt fire: Goo - SPMA style forward launcher. Distance is determined by the charge bar
- Alt fire: Invis - Allows you to see other players items for 30 seconds.
- Alt fire: Nuke - Droppable mini-nuke that does about 1/2 the damage of the primary fire
- Alt-fire: Spider Mine - Causes the spider mine to lock only onto the ball
- Alt fire: Repulse Field - EMP that disabled a vehicle for five seconds
- New mutator: Carball Arena - Changes all the pickups in the map to the selected item
- New mutator: Invis Mutator - Changes Invis primary fire to the same as it's secondary fire
- New mutator: No alt fire - Disabled alt fire on all weapons
- New mutator: No Carball Superweapon - Removes the Nuke from all maps

- New ScriptedTrigger: ACTION_DisableBallSpawn - Sets bEnabled to false on all CB_BallSpawn actors matching the specified tag

- New ball model that allows better textures. The ball texture now surrounds the ball a full 360 degrees. The old ball broke the skin into "quadrants"
- New default ball with CarBall logo. This is spawned using the new CB_BallSpawnNew actor

- Doubled the cull distance for pickups so they can be seen from further away
- Added CB_BallSpawnNew actor, used to spawn different types of balls
- Added CB_FakeBallSpawnerNew actor, used to spawn different types of fake balls
- Killing yourself with your own weapon damage now causes a five second suicide delay
- All deployed weapons (goo, rockets, etc.) are destroyed when the round resets. No more cheap spawn kills!
- You now get a countdown for the suicide delay on the HUD immediately after dying
- Suicide delay timer is now cleared after a round reset
- Flip mine now scores combo bonus points (prior to this version, the flip mine would not even explode from touching the ball)
- CB_SoundVolume now supports Pitch and Attenuate properties

- Added the ability to switch between automatic and manual item switching. Manual switches between open and blank spots while automatic only switches between full items
- Your skin, vehicle, horn, and weapon switching preferences are now saved so you don't have to pick them every time you join a server
