Monster Truck Madness Mod

I was curious if any one has thought of making a mod / mutator to play like Monster Truck Madness. Possibly do drag racing, circuit racing, and even rumbles? The game would be like the old Monster Truck Madness 2 game from the late 90's that you could play through microsofts gaming zone. I don't know if anyone recalls it but just thought I'd ask.
